Textron is hiring an entry-level Electrical Engineer to assist with and design electrical systems, support testing and validation, prepare technical documentation, manage project tasks and schedules, and collaborate with senior engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, 0–2 years of relevant experience, and availability to work full time onsite starting in July 2027. Preferred qualifications include systems engineering, system integration, electrical power or computing systems testing, C/C#/Matlab coding, and Simulink control-system design and hardware implementation.
