Textron is hiring an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase product and customer value. The role combines data and metric analysis with process improvement, including KPI automation, labor and capacity planning, value stream mapping, Lean continuous improvement, SAP capacity planning, simulation modeling, and production flow optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and related software.
