Description

Textron Aviation is hiring an entry-level flight instructor to provide customer entitlement training, conduct sales demonstration and marketing flights, operate aircraft globally, and support flight operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in aviation science or a related field, an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument and single/multi-engine land ratings, an FAA Second Class medical, FAA Flight Instructor and Flight Instructor Instrument certificates, and 800 flight hours with 400 dual hours. Preferred qualifications include a Multi-Engine Instructor Rating, Complex and High-performance endorsements, classroom ground-instructor experience, and familiarity with digital flight decks. The position requires a U.S. passport or ability to obtain one, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
