Textron Aviation is hiring an entry-level Sales Operations Associate for a 9-month Sales Development Program consisting of eight functional rotations. The role provides exposure to customer-facing and field-based areas, including technical marketing, product knowledge, customer experience, marketing, customer service, business operations, and sales operations, along with sales-zone support, training, project assignments, and team collaboration. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, less than two years of relevant professional experience, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
