Textron Aviation is hiring an entry-level Aftermarket Programs Engineer to support flight training device customers by resolving issues, coordinating with TRU Simulation engineering and production teams, and delivering tested software solutions. The role involves understanding and modifying code, compiling and testing loads on PCs and test rigs, integrating engineering changes, reporting issue status, and maintaining customer communication. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required, along with software, simulation, troubleshooting, scripting, and Linux skills; less than two years of relevant professional experience is acceptable, and visa sponsorship is not available.
