The role involves cross-functional tooling projects, tool design and fabrication methods, process improvement, OSHA-compliant human-factor tooling, and maintenance and repair investigations. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or a related engineering field, less than two years of relevant professional experience, engineering knowledge, communication and problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work in a team.
