KordaMentha is hiring a Restructuring Graduate for its 2026 Graduate Program. The role works onsite in project teams supporting distressed businesses through business reviews, cash-flow monitoring, forecasting, creditor management, statutory obligations, reporting, client meetings, and complex corporate restructures, turnarounds, receiverships, and liquidations. Applicants must be recent graduates or final-year students with an Accounting, Commerce, or Business degree, strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and Singapore citizenship or permanent residency; prior client-facing consultancy experience is preferred.
