Description
Eversource Energy is hiring six summer accounting interns in its Accounting organization, with work locations in Berlin, Connecticut and Westwood, Massachusetts. The intern will prepare financial data for regulated and non-regulated system companies, assist with regulatory filings, review month-end financial statements, participate in the accounting closing cycle, develop corporate cost-loading rates, and research accounting issues. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, knowledge of accounting theory, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication, judgment, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; visa sponsorship is not offered.
