Description
The LPX Group Co-Op Program offers an entry-level, full-semester internship for university students enrolled in an accredited program with a formal co-op arrangement. The temporary rotation lasts approximately 15–18 weeks and may be completed during fall, spring, or summer. Interns perform departmental, office, field, plant, or project assignments supporting estimating, construction engineering, project management, safety, marketing, finance, or talent development; they also complete training, maintain records, and prepare a Leadership Briefing. The program provides academic credit and may reimburse documented educational expenses, but does not include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, or paid holidays.
