Textron is hiring an EHS Intern to develop environmental, health, and safety skills in a competitive manufacturing environment. The intern will analyze local, state, and federal EHS regulations and permits affecting Lycoming Engines, execute compliance-related projects, and gain leadership, cross-functional process, and professional growth opportunities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an accredited occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, biology, chemistry, or related science field, along with leadership potential, independent work ability, teamwork, communication skills, and an inquiring mind. Preferred candidates have manufacturing EHS experience. The internship is paid, full-time, lasts 10 weeks during the summer, and includes a prepaid stipend, mentorship, training, and real project work.
