Description
Textron Aviation is hiring a Mechanical Systems Design Intern to develop, plan, organize, and conduct complex aircraft mechanical system design assignments involving environmental control, landing gear and brakes, hydraulics, ice protection, and flight controls. The role uses CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and drafting, supports prototype and production aircraft builds, laboratory simulations, test plans and reports, design reviews, customer issue investigations, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and other technical areas. The internship is paid, full-time, lasts 10 weeks, requires onsite work, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
