Description
Textron Aviation is hiring a summer engineering intern to design, operate, and certify flight simulators and aircraft components in a laboratory environment. The role involves setting up test conditions, coordinating engineering groups, developing and troubleshooting computer models, wire harnesses, I/O systems, electrical circuits, mechanical test apparatus, generators, oscilloscopes, vibration fixtures, and chamber operations. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an aerospace, electrical, mechanical, computer, or related engineering field and have laboratory, programming, wiring, microcontroller, and test-equipment experience. The internship is paid, full-time, lasts 10 weeks, requires onsite work, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
