Description
Textron Aviation is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to contribute to aircraft build plans, production tooling, manufacturing processes, and component and assembly production. The intern may redesign tooling, automate processes, improve facility layouts, create reference documents and standard practices, implement quality improvements, and explore new equipment and software, with exposure to lean manufacturing, electrical systems, computer science, aircraft environmental systems, structures, and robotics. The internship is typically 40 hours per week from late May to early August for 10 weeks and requires onsite work unless otherwise approved.
