Description
Textron Aviation is hiring an Aftermarket Programs Engineer for a paid, full-time 10-week summer internship. The role supports flight-training-device customers by triaging issues, translating customer problems into engineering terms, coordinating fixes and testing with TRU Simulation engineering and production teams, reporting issue status, supporting code changes, and compiling and testing loads on PCs and test rigs. The internship requires a bachelor’s degree in progress in a relevant technical field, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, C, scripting, source control, and Linux knowledge; aviation and realtime simulation experience are preferred but not required. The internship is onsite for the full program, typically late May through early August, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
