Description
The LDP Associate is a recent college graduate who rotates through two to four operational areas over a two-year program, with each rotation lasting six to twelve months. The role reports to a designated rotation manager and supports department operations, data analysis, research, process improvement, reporting, presentations, and professional development across areas such as financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, compliance, data analytics, IT, underwriting, account management, marketing, operations, and business analysis. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong academic performance, analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
