Description
The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development role intended for graduates graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. It follows a typical 44-hour-per-week schedule and prepares participants for a Store Management role in 18–24 months, with progression to Assistant Store Manager after the initial 8-week training. Duties include customer and wholesale sales, store administration, product knowledge, compliance, visual merchandising, employee development, complaint resolution, and outside sales. The program requires a valid driver’s license, legal work authorization, and a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program; retail, sales, leadership, paint, CRM, and multilingual experience are preferred.
