Description
AbbVie is hiring an Operations Development Program Intern for a paid 11-week summer program. Interns will work on meaningful business assignments across manufacturing, engineering, contract, quality, product development, science, and technology, including data analysis, process improvement, project updates, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder presentations. The internship is intended for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline, with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028. Interns may be placed in Branchburg, New Jersey; Irvine, California; Lake County, Illinois; Waco, Texas; or Worcester, Massachusetts, and must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
