Description
Textron is hiring a Manufacturing Intern to work on real production projects, including building plans, tooling, and manufacturing processes; redesigning tooling; improving facility layouts and product flow; developing standards and inspection methods; analyzing quality and supply-chain performance; and coordinating material and tooling availability. The internship is paid, full-time, lasts 10 weeks, and includes a prepaid stipend, mentorship, training, and development opportunities. Candidates must be pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, and should have Microsoft Office, CAD, analytical, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude skills.
