Textron is hiring an entry-level Salesforce Administrator to manage user access, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, data imports and exports, and Salesforce configuration. The role also provides first-level user support and training, collaborates with stakeholders, supports Salesforce updates and releases, and participates in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field and 0–2 years of experience are required; an internship in Salesforce and Salesforce Administrator certification are preferred.
