Sterne Kessler is hiring a 2027 Summer Associate to work in its Electronics Group on intellectual property matters involving cutting-edge technologies, with a focus on patent prosecution. The program is in-person in the Washington, DC office from May 24 through July 30, 2027, with summer associates working from home one to two days per week and compensated at $4,326 per week. Applicants must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, expect to graduate in May 2028, be patent bar eligible, and have a bachelor’s degree in an eligible technical discipline; advanced degrees and industry experience are preferred.
