DEAN Camps is hiring a full-time, on-site seasonal Assistant Site Director of Operations, Culture, and Engagement for its Haverford, Pennsylvania camp. The role partners with the Site Director to build team culture, support and coach counselors, lead engagement events, assist campers, manage parent and carpool interactions, and cover program transitions. It requires summer camp or youth-development leadership experience, First Aid and CPR certification, valid immunizations, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. The position runs from June 14 through August 20, with leadership hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and a weekly pay range of $1,050 to $1,150.
