Description
Spectrum is hiring a paid, full-time, 11-week summer internship for a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or another relevant field. The internship runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027, and combines departmental projects in back-office automation, process improvement, customer service operations, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration with professional development, networking, mentorship, and presentations. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, be able to travel locally, and be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship.
