Spectrum is hiring a paid, full-time, 11-week summer internship for a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technology, or data field. The internship runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027, and combines departmental projects with professional development, networking, mentorship, and presentations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, operational data analysis, workflow mapping, stakeholder communication, SQL or spreadsheet data work, and Agile project tracking.
