PIMCO is hiring a 2027 Summer Intern as a Masters Quant Research Analyst for its Client Solutions & Analytics team in Newport Beach, California. The 10-week internship runs from early June to mid-August and focuses on quantitative research in asset allocation, portfolio optimization, trading signals, asset returns and valuation; customized client portfolio construction; and developing analytics models and applications. Candidates should be pursuing a quantitative master’s degree, enrolled during Fall 2027, able to begin full-time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2028 and August 2028, and proficient in English. The role offers competitive compensation and a transition bonus, with a disclosed salary of $165,000.00.
