Textron is hiring an entry-level Quality Engineer to analyze data, evaluate and improve processes and products, review design documentation for compliance, participate in internal and supplier quality audits, support data collection and reporting, and recommend continuous-improvement projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 0–2 years of experience; ISO-QS9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, blueprint interpretation, and GD&T knowledge are preferred.
