Barclays is hiring a Technology Developer Intern for a 10-week summer program in Whippany. The intern will design, develop, and improve software; collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews; apply secure coding and unit-testing practices; and contribute to scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions. The role requires a strong computer science or related foundation, programming and systems-architecture interest, and graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 with a GPA of 3.2 or above. The internship offers a base salary of $105,000–$110,000 and does not offer visa sponsorship.
