Description
Textron is seeking participants for its 2027 Integrated Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, a two-year rotational entry-level program. Participants will complete two 12-month rotations across areas such as manufacturing, operations, facilities, and supply chain, taking on roles including industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, quality, and facilities engineering. The program includes mentorship, customized training, project contributions, stakeholder collaboration, leadership conferences, and presentation opportunities. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to relocate and travel within the United States. Potential assignment locations include Fort Worth, Wichita, Avilla, New Orleans, Williamsport, Wilmington, Hunt Valley, and Augusta.
