Description
The Sales Associate supports store operations and merchandising during assigned shifts, drives sales, provides customer service, maintains merchandise and store cleanliness, assists with events and marketing, and communicates with store management. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of prior retail experience, retail math and computer skills, a POS system, flexibility for holidays, weekends, and late evenings, and the ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours per day.
