Description
The role fully administers and coordinates labor-control and labor-audit services, supervises work teams and on-site audits, manages client and partner relationships, reviews labor, social-security, and tax documentation, tracks observations and corrective actions, prepares management reports, and ensures compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. It requires a degree in a related field and at least eight years of experience in labor control and labor audits, along with experience in coordinating services, reviewing documentation, conducting audits, preparing reports, and leading teams.
