Description
The employer is seeking a personal assistant to support a 25-year-old man with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and PEG-tube feeding at home, in town, and at his daily activity program. The role covers communication, tube feeding, personal hygiene, dressing, and other daily-life assistance, with an approximately 70% weekday daytime schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The assistant will also serve as a team leader, coordinating with other assistants, conducting employee discussions, scheduling, and time reporting. Swedish fluency, a non-smoking status, physical fitness, and care or personal-assistance experience are requested; the starting date is by mutual agreement.
