Axyde Analytics is recruiting for a proposed STEM Recruiting and University Partnerships Coordinator role supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center Fellowship Program. The position will build candidate pipelines and university relationships, source STEM researchers and students, coordinate applications and interviews, verify credentials, manage ATS data, and track applicants through technical screening. The role is proposed as remote administrative work with possible travel and onsite support at ERDC facilities, with Midlothian, Virginia as the administrative base. Experience recruiting STEM researchers, working with universities or research institutions, and using applicant-tracking systems is sought; federal qualifications have not yet been issued.
