First Children Services is hiring a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. The role implements individualized support plans and ABA-based goals in schools, preschools, clinics, homes, and community settings; it includes one-on-one and group work, data collection, documentation, behavioral support, and collaboration with treatment teams. The position pays $21.00–$26.00 per hour plus bonus eligibility and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of work with children, ABA competence, documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in assigned settings. A bachelor's degree, two years of direct-care human services experience, and active RBT certification are preferred.
