Description
First Children Services is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to children in schools, preschools, clinics, homes, and community-based settings. The role implements individualized treatment plans, delivers evidence-based behavioral interventions, collects session data, supports communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills, and collaborates with families and clinical teams. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with locations in Plainfield, Roselle Park, and Scotch Plains, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. Pay is $22.50–$28.00 per hour plus bonus eligibility, and benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
