First Children Services is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Registered Behavior Technician to work in schools, preschools, clinics, homes, and community-based settings. The role implements individualized support plans and behavioral goals under supervision, provides one-on-one and group support, collects session data, and collaborates with treatment teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, RBT credential, at least one year of experience working with children, technology documentation skills, and the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts. Compensation is $21.00-$26.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
