First Children Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. The role implements individualized support plans and behavioral goals, works one-on-one and in groups with clients, collects session data, supports communication and social skills, and collaborates with treatment teams. The position may be assigned to schools, preschools, clinics, homes, or community-based environments and requires supervision by a BSC or BCBA. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to complete RBT certification, at least one year of experience working with children, technology and documentation skills, and the ability to perform physical duties during a shift. Compensation is $21.00-$26.00 per hour, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
