Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a 2D X-Ray Inspection Technician to independently operate 2D X-ray equipment and inspect high-reliability IPC Class 3 aerospace PCBAs for solder and assembly defects. The role includes selecting imaging parameters, evaluating solder joints and component packages, documenting measurements and traceability, routing nonconforming material, supporting defect validation and root-cause investigations, and maintaining equipment and inspection records. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience, familiarity with electronic inspection equipment and IPC/J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements, and the ability to work independently in a regulated manufacturing environment. The stated pay range is $25–$30 USD.
