WEL Networks is hiring a Second-In-Charge, Substation Services to provide daily backup to the Supervisor Substation Services and cover for them during planned or unplanned absences. The role also involves distribution network services, including building, maintaining, and repairing the network. Candidates need an electrical trade qualification or technician qualification with at least five years of experience post-qualification, experience supervising technical and trade staff, strong digital and computer skills, leadership potential, a proactive and collaborative working style, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
