RIDGID is hiring a CNC Operator to operate CNC machines and related production equipment, assemble new products, maintain equipment, load and secure materials, interpret work instructions and blueprints, make tooling offsets, perform quality checks, and report machine or part issues. The role is based at the company’s World Headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic CNC and measuring-instrument knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and job specifications. Compensation includes a competitive base wage, individual production incentive pay, shift differential, and bonuses, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
