The Production Supervisor – Lake Bluff oversees production operations at the Lake Bluff facility, including schedule execution, job assignments, inventory coordination, equipment operation, production verification, documentation, training, workforce coverage, safety, and process improvement. The role reports to the Production Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus 3–5 years of multi-line production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
