Pilgrim's is hiring a 2nd Shift 2nd Processing Production Supervisor-Debone in De Queen, Arkansas. The role oversees poultry-processing employees, plans manpower and resources, manages performance, promotes safety and quality, and supports cost reduction and equipment maintenance. It requires at least three years of supervisory experience, leadership experience with 20 or more employees, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work assigned hours including occasional weekends; poultry or food industry experience is preferred, as is bilingual English/Spanish ability and a related college degree.
