The 2nd Shift 2nd Processing Production Supervisor-Debone oversees deboning production operations in De Queen, Arkansas, ensuring procedures, productivity, quality, safety, reporting, and cost-efficiency are met. The role includes training employees, planning manpower and resources, managing performance, communicating with staff, investigating quality and cost improvements, and maintaining equipment. It requires at least three years of supervisory experience, poultry or food industry experience is preferred, leadership experience with 20 or more employees, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work assigned hours including occasional weekends.
