Description
The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Assembler to assemble metal fabrication products during Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM. The role involves interpreting assembly instructions, handling components, assembling parts, inspecting products for quality, using hand tools and equipment safely, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. A high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read assembly instructions, basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, shift availability, and adherence to safety procedures are required; prior assembly or manufacturing experience, hand-tool familiarity, quality-control knowledge, communication, teamwork, and physical stamina are preferred. The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a $4.00 per hour shift premium.
