Nesco Resource is hiring a 2nd-shift Assembler 1 in Danbury, Connecticut for a temp-to-perm position. The role pays $21 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12 AM. Responsibilities include completing assigned assembly, complex and rework assembly, picking parts, packaging components and finished products, inspecting instructions and drawings, mounting subcomponents, coordinating shipping, and performing assigned computer or administrative duties. Candidates need previous assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic SAP, label-printing, and custom software skills, mechanical ability, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and the ability to operate manufacturing and simple electronic test equipment.
