The role involves washing bumpers, retrieving and transporting parts, attaching nuts, brackets, lights, wiring, and plastic components, operating tools such as a nut runner and manipulators, and moving bumpers through the assembly process. The position follows a Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-3 p.m. schedule with mandatory overtime as needed, pays $20.75 per hour initially and $21.25 after 90 days, and requires physical lifting, repetitive assembly, and attention to quality and safety standards.
