Description
Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is hiring a 2nd-shift Metal Stamping Line Operator to run and monitor automated metal stamping lines, set up presses and dies, perform quality and safety checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, maintain production records, and operate material-handling equipment. The role reports to the Production Supervisor, offers $20.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential and quarterly profit sharing, and provides medical benefits after 30 days. Candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, at least two years of experience, and experience with metal stamping presses, setups and changeovers, overhead crane loading, shop measuring tools, schematics, and basic equipment maintenance.
