Description
PCA is hiring a 2nd Shift Baler Operator for its new Oxford, Pennsylvania facility. The role checks waste carts and loads, maintains a clean and safe work environment, communicates baler and shredder performance, documents machine movements and performs pre-startup checklists, reports issues to a supervisor, weighs and sprays paint good dunnage, and completes soak and pin tests. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, lift-truck qualification, strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, reliable attendance, and authorization to work in the United States; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The starting salary is $25.16 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
