Description
The 2nd Shift Blaster performs mechanical operations and surface preparation on turbomachinery components, including hard and bead blasting, solvent and steam cleaning, Belzona and approved coating application, painting, fixture and skid preparation, shop cleanup, and equipment setup. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of industrial or machine-shop experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and authorization to work in the United States. It is a full-time position based in RMS’s Pasadena, Texas facility, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k).
