Description
Oatey is hiring a Mixer for its Cleveland manufacturing plant to prepare batch mixes using established formulations and methods. The role involves rotating mixing assignments, operating mixing and testing equipment, verifying raw materials, maintaining production lines, completing documentation, and supporting safety, 6S, Lean, and teamwork initiatives. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while compounding, quality, science, advanced mathematics or science education, product knowledge, and prior manufacturing experience are preferred. Compensation is $17.59–$28.14 USD with a 5% target cash profit sharing.
