Nolte Precise Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Lead in Cincinnati, Ohio, to lead daily CNC operations involving turning, milling, and Swiss machines. The role includes troubleshooting setups, tooling, offsets, and programs; performing ISO/AS quality checks; maintaining safe work practices; monitoring production KPIs; collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance; and training operators. Candidates need strong Swiss machining experience, 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, blueprint and GD&T ability, troubleshooting and measurement skills, and ISO/AS and lean/5S experience. The position pays $28 to $36 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.
