Description
Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a CNC Operator in Torrance, California to operate single- and multi-spindle CNC drilling machines and perform drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, grooving, slotting, and related machining operations. The role includes blueprint reading, precision inspection, machine setup, SPC measurements, tooling and gauge maintenance, production support, 5S, and safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of machinery or CNC experience are preferred, while the position requires blueprint and shop-math skills, precision-measuring ability, CNC knowledge, LOTO authorization, and the ability to lift 30 pounds. The salary range is $22-$26 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
